After countless hours of searching online and in stores, I decided to purchase the Yoobao Magic Wand. It costs a little bit over 900Php or roughly $20. Here are the specs as advertised:

5200mAh Li-on battery capacity
Input: DC 5V/1A
Output: DC 5V/1A
Material: Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy
Size: 94*42*23
Weight: 129g
LED Torch lasts to 260H

It comes in 5 different colors. I chose fresh green, which has a hint of gold.

The LED Torch at the top which is activated by pressing the power button for 3 seconds helps a lot when I'm too lazy looking for my phone amid all the junk in my purse and I need to light my way or shine light on something. It makes a good purse light too!
Pros:
LED Torch
Compact and light weight
Cool design
Easy to use
Cons:
Heats up fast if used inside a bag or a non-air-conditioned room
Overall Rating:
This product was definitely worth purchasing. It can fully charge my BlackBerry Q10 1.5 times with data turned on, and 2.5-3 times with data turned off. Tried it on a friend's Iphone 4s with data turned on: fully charged in 1.5 hours with enough power left for almost another full charge on the same unit.
Though it may not have the greatest capacity, it is just right for me and my usage (I only carry a power bank for emergency purposes). It definitely fits my lifestyle.
